Yes. Every product in the bundle is the same full size sold on its own (500 ml for the shampoo, body wash and hand wash, and 500 g for the hair mask).

Can I change the scents in the bundle?

Are the products genuine and registered?
Yes. All Skin Now – Bloom products are made in Egypt by ICI for Glow Gate and are registered with the Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA).
Can I use them during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
The products are for external use and paraben free, but during pregnancy and breastfeeding it's always best to ask your doctor before using a new product.
What if I get irritation?
Stop using the product and rinse the area with plenty of water. If irritation continues, see a doctor. If the product gets in your eyes, rinse them with water right away.
How should I store the products?
In a dry place away from direct sunlight and high heat, with the cap closed after each use.

Where do you deliver and how long does it take?
We deliver to all governorates of Egypt. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after the order is prepared, and may vary with the area, holidays and busy seasons.
How much is shipping? Is there free shipping?
Shipping is free on orders from 500 EGP. For smaller orders, the shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your address before you confirm.
Which payment methods are available?
Available methods are shown at checkout and can include cash on delivery and electronic payment. Card details are processed by authorized payment providers and are not stored by us.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you may receive a tracking number or link by phone or email to follow the shipment with the courier.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Contact us as soon as possible before it ships so we can stop it. If it has already been handed to the courier, cancellation follows the courier's procedures.

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product, the package and your order number. We'll review it and resolve it with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
